noun:  a flat, open-faced baked pie of Italian origin, consisting of a thin layer of bread dough topped with spiced tomato sauce and cheese, often garnished with sausage slices, mushrooms, anchovies……wait a minute, hold the anchovies.

A good pizza can be defined in so many ways that it’s almost impossible to compromise when ordering for more than two people.  Thin crust, thick crust, deep-dish……and the list goes on and on for toppings. We decided to sample the local fare and came up with some delicious options.  Your own favorite combo may be just around the corner.
