Oceanaire: New Exec Chef

The Oceanaire Seafood Room is pleased to announce Carmel-based Adam Waldrip as its new Executive Chef, where he will oversee the restaurant’s kitchen staff and daily culinary preparation of sustainable seafood delicacies.

Chef Waldrip developed his love and passion for cooking at an early age while living in his family home in Carmel, Indiana. His young passions eventually led him to the start of his budding culinary career working alongside Dieter Puska, a well-known Indianapolis chef. Waldrip went on to experience different cuisines and enhance his skills joining The Oceanaire as a Sous Chef in 2014. As Executive Chef, Waldrip will prepare high quality cuisine using only the freshest, local ingredients.

“I am beyond thrilled to take on my new role as Executive Chef at such an incomparable seafood restaurant,” said Executive Chef Waldrip. “The Oceanaire has provided me with an amazing opportunity to bring unique and fresh menu items to our guests; and I look forward to what the future holds for The Oceanaire.”

With his creativity and attention to detail, Chef Waldrip ensures that every guest will have an enjoyable dining experience. In his free time, Waldrip can be found sharing his love of cooking with his wife and three kids.
