Magna Society Elite Award for Audi Indianapolis, one of only 12 in U.S.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN–Audi Indianapolis, a member of the Tom Wood Auto Group, has been named one of only 12 Audi U.S. dealerships accorded Audi Magna Society Elite Award status.

To gain membership in the Audi Magna Society a dealer must rank among the most outstanding 86 Audi retailers in the US. The 86 have met customer service and business performance benchmarks, but “Elitedealers are the best of the best, with this status being awarded to only 12.

Elite status means the dealership has shown full engagement in sales and service programs that adhere to specific business processes. The facility and staff also should have properly represented Audi brand and culture.

"The Magna Society award offers well-deserved recognition to dealerships that lead by example through a successful business model and an ongoing commitment to delivering industry-leading customer service," said Mark Del Rosso, Audi of America’s EVP and Chief Operating Officer. "The strong Audi dealer network in the United States is one of the key contributors to the brand's continued, record-breaking success."

The award is made this year for the dealers’ performance during 2016.

“Clearly, we take pride in this honor,” said Rod Ingalls, General Manager of Audi Indianapolis. “Everyone here believes in Audi vehicles and in the Audi brand, and we do our best every day to maintain the high standards established by both Audi and by the Tom Wood Auto Group during its 50 years in business.”
