Boasting elevated Southern-influenced small plates and new interpretations of classic wines, the restaurant will serve dinner Tuesday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. In January, weekday lunch and weekend brunch will also be offered with expanded hours. Located in The Switch development, the Fishers’ restaurant marks the third location for LouVino, adding to two locations in Louisville opened in 2014 and 2016.
