Leading Central Indiana Real Estate Groups Join Forces
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty, one of Indiana’s largest and most productive real estate brokerages, has announced the acquisition of ERA Real Estate Links and appointment of its President, Mike Deck, as Carmel Regional Vice President of the combined companies.
Made official on July 1, the company will host a ribbon cutting for its new Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty offices in Carmel on July 8.
With this acquisition, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty, the reigning “Real Estate Agency Brand of the Year (Real estate network according to the 2020 Harris Poll EquiTrend® Study),” is the third largest producing company in Indiana in both closed volume 1 and homes sold, with 5,588 transactions closed and $1.351 Billion in closed sold volume in 2019.

Deck and his group of 50 agents who service markets including Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Noblesville, and Fishers, have been one of the highest producing groups in the ERA network, including three brokers in the top 50 in MIBOR. The newly expanded Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty network now includes over nearly 450 agents in 16 offices across the state of Indiana, with over 250 agents in the greater Indianapolis Metro market.

This new office location will allow Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty to better serve the Zionsville, Whitestown and Brownsburg region.
