Clay Terrace draws new Corner Bakery Cafe
Corner Bakery Cafe will join the lineup of eateries in Clay Terrace Mall this year.
The cafe chain, which began in downtown Chicago in 1991 now has more than 180 locations. The Carmel store is part of a plan to expand into the Indianapolis area, with Clay Terrace being the first.
Corner Bakery Cafe offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with seasonal selections, signature sandwiches, and sweets. They also offer catering services. Corner Bakery will take the place of Paradise Café, which closed in December.
According to the Dallas-based company's website, the cafe focuses on innovative, flavorful offerings and delicious desserts, the Corner Bakery Cafe menu features:

Hot breakfasts
Made-to-order salads, sandwiches, panini and pastas
Seasonal soups
Freshly baked sweets
Hand-roasted coffee by Java City and gourmet teas by Mighty Leaf
Signature menu items include: Chicken Pomodori Panini, The Trio Salad and our famous Cinnamon Creme Cake.
