Carmel's Katie Osborne debuts on PowerNation TV
Carmel’s own Katie Osborne has been named the new host for PowerNation. RTM Productions, a Raycom Media Company and producers of the PowerNation and PowerBlock automotive television programs, announced today the addition of Katie as host for their #1 Automotive How-To television program.
As Katie prepares to take on her new role, RTM Productions has put together an interview with Katie and fellow PowerNation host Gannon Pritchard. You can get to know her from interactions with her auto loving dad, to her college years, to her first job at the Indy 500, and further.
As she prepares to start as host in January, you can be prepared to catch her episodes by following the appearance schedule online.
PowerNation reaches millions of viewers a week with popular shows like Detroit Muscle, Engine Power, Truck Tech, and Xtreme Off Road.
“We are so excited introduce Katie to our PowerNation viewers,” RTM President Matthew Hawkins said. “With her experience covering racing and sports for Fox Sports, ESPN, ABC, and NBC Sports Network among others, we believe that Katie will quickly connect with our viewers both on TV and the web!”
“I am absolutely honored to be chosen as the new host for PowerNation, and to be a part of such a great brand in the automotive community,” said Osborne. “I definitely look forward to connecting and interacting with viewers each week.”
Prior to joining RTM Productions, Osborne covered racing as a pit and trackside reporter for TORC on Fox Sports as well as Global Rallycross on ESPN and Rally America on NBC Sports Network. Osborne was also a social media host for SPEED TV in addition to creating and hosting IndyCar’s “In The Passenger Seat.”
